Scouting

scoutingUnlike other scouting systems, Coaching Data is stored on a server inside the 4 walls of your football club, thereby ensuring complete security and privacy for your reports and the potential player targets you have identified.

The Scouting section within the Coaching Database system allows all your scouting staff to log player and team reports. Each report type can be customised to your individual club’s requirements.

Scouts can add, edit and view their own reports but are unable to see any other scouts reports. Scouts can be assigned scouting missions via the system, and receive updates on match tickets, travel, parking etc.

The Chief Scout section allows the head of the scouting department to monitor all the reports as they come in, search the scouting database for any particular type of player, and analyse the players that scouts have recommended. The League Coverage option allows the scouting department to examine each league and ensure that all teams are being watched on as regular a basis as possible.

The chief scout can set up a list of key player targets and monitor how often these players are watched. Coaching Data also gives the chief scout the ability to monitor the work of his scouts, with the option to analyse how often they work for the club and how many reports they enter with recommendations of ‘Sign Him’ or ‘Continue to Monitor’.
